Color Combinations and html color code tools with the ANPA Colors Palette are available to Subscribers to The Color Tool. ANPA stands for the American Newspaper Publishers Association. Thus, the ANPA Colors palette is commonly used for newspaper applications. The subscribers version of the ANPA Colors palette page, as previewed below, contains the ANPA Colors palette on the left, which changes the background colors on the fly, simply by clicking your mouse on a color. On the right, you will find another ANPA Colors palette, which changes the font colors, again, simply by clicking your mouse over any of the colors on the right palette.

After viewing the preview below, notice the square containing black and white squares with circles inside. The circular buttons in this box are used to change the background and font colors to black and white, as the ANPA Colors palette does not contain the color black. Additionally, similar to all subscriber pages that contain color changing options, the ANPA Colors page also contains buttons to change the font size and the font type on the fly. These additional buttons offer several unique viewing options to assist you in choosing your preferred color combinations.

The ANPA is the trade association for daily and non-daily newspaper publishers in the United States and Canada. Founded in 1887, the ANPA is headquartered in Reston, Virginia. The ANPA has a current membership of 1400 publications. Its primary function is to advance the cause of a free press and to encourage the advancement of the newspaper publishing business while promoting the highest standards of journalism. In 1992, ANPA merged with other organizations to form the Newspaper Association of America. To enjoy the increased functionality that comes with this page and the wide array of color tools that it offers, you must subscribe to The Color Tool.
